Mike snuck up behind me when I was minding my own business watering my plants. He had just gotten the mail and flashed "the letter" in front of me. Much earlier than we had expected. We are approved by the US government to adopt. What does this mean? We're on the waiting list!!! Now, the hard part begins...the wait!
